1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through b2b-offers.com. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and you receive a confirmation email. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Romania to European Union countries only. Shipping is free, with no minimum order value. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@b2b-offers.com before the deadline. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective or incorrect. We will refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

6. Legal warranty

All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided under EU Directive 2019/771. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate.

7. Complaints and dispute resolution

8. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.
